We applied for and were denied PPP loan from two other financial institutions before finally getting approved by Cross River Bank through Revenued. The best part working with Revenued was being able to interact with a live representative (in our case, Xhuljo C). When calling in to check our status, I was connected to Xhuljo within 30 seconds. He promised to look into our case and communicate with us. Upon hanging up I received an email from him with details on what would happen next. We were extremely impressed by this level of customer service and how we were treated as a small business owner. In comparison, we were never able to reach a live person in the other two financial institutions and our email inquiry was responded 30 days later. Needless to say this loan was very important to our business, and we felt so lucky that we found Revenued. We will not hesitate working with them in the future, or recommend them to our friends and family. 

I had a good experience with Revenued. Their representative named Peter was professional, cordial, and extremely knowledgeable on the Paycheck Protection Program. He answered every question and helped me complete all forms. Revenued submitted the documents and the amount allotted to me based on my income was deposited directly into my bank account by the SBA. Working with these folks was very easy. They helped us with the first and second PPP, walking us thru the process. Support was professional, friendly, and always instantly available. I usually spoke to the same person, but no more than three total of both PPPs and all of them knew about our app so I wasn't starting over. My first online experience of this type and Revenued will definitely be my first call when any sort of banking need arises in the future, not just economic disasters.

There was initially little communication from the bank or Sky Bridge but in fairness the volume of requests must have inundated the system, Recently reached out to inquire on status and found the response to be first rate with actual feedback on what may have been missing for them to be able to approve/deny.
